EnergyLeads / US energy industry email list
United States · Energy sector

The US energy industry
email list, researched.

EnergyLeads provides verified email contacts for decision makers at US energy companies: electric utilities (investor-owned, cooperative and municipal), oil and gas, midstream, oilfield services, power trading, renewables, battery storage, transmission, and data centers.

Each list is researched to your brief using an energy-specific taxonomy of company types, roles and job-title synonyms, then every email is verified before delivery. A standard project is 3,500 contacts with a verified email for $2,100 ($0.60 a contact), direct phones are $1 each, and there is a free 5-contact sample first.

How we research

We speak energy, not industry codes.

General databases filter by an industry code and a keyword in the title. In energy that misses the right people and lets in the wrong ones. Every EnergyLeads list is built against our own energy taxonomy.

In one test, 18 of 65 senior "energy" titles returned by a plain keyword search worked on IBM Power servers, not electricity. That is the kind of error our taxonomy is built to catch.

One job, many titles

The same role goes by different names at different companies. We group the synonyms so you get the job, not just the keyword.

Words that look like energy but are not

A title can say "power", "utility" or "originator" and have nothing to do with energy. We remove these before you pay for them.

IBM PowerPower BIOutside plantUtility vehicleUtility billingMortgage originatorSolar Nail Spa

The energy word must be in the person's title, not only in the company name. A procurement director at a company called "Something Power" may buy laptops.

Buyers and sellers are ranked differently

Selling to people who sell power? We rank commercial leads, originators and business development first. Selling to people who buy power? We rank energy buyers, power infrastructure leads, the C-suite and site selection first. Analysts, coordinators and technicians stay out unless you ask for them.

Indirect signals

Many targets never call themselves energy companies. We find them through what they do: exhibiting at energy-only shows (POWERGEN, DISTRIBUTECH, RE+, CERAWeek), hiring for power roles, filing permits and interconnection requests, receiving tax abatements, or reporting emissions to the EPA.

Market structure built in

We know which companies own the wires and which sell the power. Lists can be cut by ISO (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, CAISO, NYISO, ISO-NE) and by market role: utility, co-op, municipal, IPP, retail electric provider, QSE, power marketer or industrial consumer.

Verified by a person

Every classification is tested on a sample with a known answer before it runs on a full list, and every email is verified before delivery. When the data does not support a claim, we say so instead of guessing.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Where can I buy a US energy industry email list?

EnergyLeads sells researched email lists of US energy decision makers: utilities (investor-owned, cooperative and municipal), oil and gas, midstream, power trading, renewables, storage and data centers. A standard project is 3,500 contacts with a verified email for $2,100, and a free 5-contact sample is available first.

How do I get contacts for decision makers at US electric utilities?

Tell us which utility types (IOU, electric cooperative, municipal, G&T), which regions or ISOs (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, CAISO, NYISO, ISO-NE) and which functions you need, such as procurement, key accounts, large-load interconnection or regulatory affairs. We research the matching people and verify their emails before delivery.

Where can I buy an oil and gas email list?

We build oil and gas lists split by upstream, midstream, oilfield services and downstream, and by function: operations, procurement, completions, HSE, land and executive leadership. Each contact comes with a verified business email, title, company and LinkedIn profile.

How is EnergyLeads different from ZoomInfo or Apollo?

ZoomInfo and Apollo are general databases covering every industry, filtered by industry codes and generic job titles. We research each list against an energy-specific taxonomy: we know that an originator, a structured origination manager and a PPA origination lead do the same job, and that IBM Power, Power BI and outside plant are not energy roles. There is no annual contract: you pay per project.

How much does a US energy email list cost?

A standard project is $2,100 for 3,500 contacts with a verified email, which is $0.60 per contact. Direct phone numbers are $1 each. There is no subscription and no annual contract.

Can I get a free sample of energy contacts?

Yes. Describe the companies and roles you target and we send 5 verified contacts that match, so you can check the quality before buying.

What does each contact include?

Full name, job title, company, company domain, verified business email, LinkedIn profile, location, and a direct phone number when ordered. Delivered as a CSV ready for HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo or any CRM.

Is it legal to email US energy contacts?

B2B cold email to business addresses is legal in the United States under CAN-SPAM, provided you identify yourself, use a truthful subject line, include a physical address and honour opt-outs. We only supply business contact details of professionals acting in their work capacity.
